"Easy" Update

For all of my (four) faithful readers, here is an update on three previous postings:

• Smelly pee + urine sample = normal results--I am going to stop taking my vitamins and supplements to see if that sweetens the pot (pun intended);



• Craigslist + Wurlitzer Upright + cool young drummer = new piano on Saturday, tuner TBA, jam sessions await;

• ChaLEAN Extreme + I married a nutritionist = body of a...39 year-old (but feeling great);
