I'd rather keep the process, "Lather, Rinse, REPEAT."

I did it again.

I think I have started a post with the same words once before. These exact words are the only ones that make sense.

I did it again.

One thing I have learned from this project is that I find myself writing in clusters. I'll write about death for a few posts, stay on point about the kids for several, go on about the aging process as it relates to me, etc, etc, etc...

Another thing I've also continued to write about is my health. I even included it in yesterday's entry. And I don't mean to have a one-track writing mind. I really don't. But...like I wrote, I did it again. I know I contend that I have to remain honest in my writing if I am ever going to understand, or seek to be understood. Even though only a few people read my blog, I know people do with regular consistency. So to admit some of the things that are less than flattering, can be embarrassing. But, as Yoda may have said (I was never into "Star Wars"), 'honest I must be.'

I did it again...

Bed-wetting that starts in adulthood (secondary enuresis) is uncommon and requires medical evaluation. Cause may include:

  • Diabetes Urinary tract infection

  • Urinary tract stones

  • Prostate enlargement

  • Bladder cancer

  • Obstructive sleep apnea

  • Neurological disorders

I'm starting to see a pattern here...
